Resep Sate Bandeng
Bahan-bahan
1 ekor ikan bandeng
1 butir telur, kocok
1/4 butir kelapa, parut, sangrai, tumbuk kasar
125 cc santan
1 sendok teh garam
3 buah cabai merah
2 sendok teh ketumbar, sangrai
1/2 sendok teh jinten, sangrai
1 cm jahe, cincang
2 cm lengkuas, cincang
1 cm kunyit, cincang
5 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh asam
1 sendok teh gula pasir
Cara membuat
Siapkan ikan bandeng, keringkan dengan lap, lalu pukul pelan-pelan seluruh badan ikan sampai lunak, keluarkan daging dan tulangnya lewat belahan perut/insang, sisihkan kulitnya.
Sangrai daging ikan bandeng dalam wajan sampai berubah warna, angkat, lalu buang semua duri, haluskan dagingnya, sisihkan.
Haluskan cabai merah, ketumbar, jinten, jahe, lengkuas, kunyit, bawang merah, bawang putih, asam, 1/2 resep garam, dan gula.
Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan sampai harum, dinginkan, lalu campur dengan daging ikan tadi, kelapa tumbuk, dan telur, aduk sampai rata.
Masukkan adonan daging ikan ke dalam kulitnya, jepit dengan 2 bilah bambu, ikat kedua ujungnya, lalu bungkus bagian yang terisi daging dengan selembar daun pisang.
Panggang di atas bara api/di dalam oven (180 derajat Celsius) sampai ikan menjadi kaku.
Buka bungkusan daunnya, teruskan memanggang sambil diolesi campuran santan dan 1/2 resep garam, panggang hingga kering.
Catatan: Resep ini umum dipakai oleh para pedagang di Serang-Banten

I am not suggesting your information is not good., but suppose you added a post title to

is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create news titles to grab viewers to open the links. You might add a video or a pic or two to grab people interested about what you’ve written.
In my opinion, it could bring your posts a little livelier.
